 FAQ · Tickets & booking

# I can no longer attend. Can I have a refund?

 Updated 19 October 2026

You can ask for a refund up to 30 days before a KalaSudha concert if you can no longer attend. Ticket sales are final once we confirm your booking, so a refund is not guaranteed. Email <contact@kalasudha.com>, name the event and tell us why you cannot attend.

We decide each request case by case. We do not refund tickets in the 30 days before the event.

If we cancel or move the concert, a separate rule covers your ticket. See [what happens if the event is cancelled or moved](/en-bd/faq/tickets-booking/what-happens-if-the-event-is-cancelled-or-moved-to-another-date).
