Ways to pay

You pay for KalaSudha tickets and courses by debit or credit card at checkout on kalasudha.com. Stripe, our payment provider, takes the payment, and we charge in pounds sterling (£).

Pay at checkout

1. Choose your tickets on the event page, or your place on the course page, and go to checkout.
2. Enter your contact details, then your billing details.
3. Type your card details into the payment form.
4. Check the order summary, including any booking fee, and pay.

You do not need an account to pay. Your tickets or course details arrive by email once the payment goes through.

Who sees your card details

The card fields belong to Stripe. Your card number goes straight to Stripe, and we never see it in full.

Use the right billing address

Enter the address your bank holds for the card. A different address is a common reason for a declined payment.

What you pay

Ticket prices on the booking page include the booking fee, and the order summary shows it as its own line before you pay. Courses carry no booking fee. See What is the booking fee? If your card is in another currency, see Which currency do I pay in?

If this does not work

If your card is declined or the payment stops partway, see My payment failed or was interrupted. Browse upcoming events or courses to start a new booking. For anything else, write to [email protected] with the event or course name. We reply within one working day. See Contact us.
