With 48 hours' notice or more, we move the lesson to another time at no cost, as many times as you need. With less notice, or if you do not turn up, the lesson is charged in full. ## How much notice to give - **48 hours or more before the lesson:** we move it to another time at no cost. There is no limit on how many times you move a lesson. - **Less than 48 hours before the lesson:** the lesson is charged in full. We cannot refund or rebook it. - **You do not turn up:** the lesson is charged in full. We cannot refund or rebook it. You make every change by email. There is no button to move or cancel a lesson yourself. ## Move a lesson to another time 1. Find your order number in the booking confirmation email. 2. Check the instructor's open times by starting a booking from their profile on [our artists page](/en-bd/artists). Stop before **Add to cart**. 3. Email with your order number, the instructor's name, and two or three times that suit you. 4. We agree the new time with the instructor and email you the updated details. The join link stays the same, and **My Meetings** in your account menu shows the new time. ## Cancel a lesson Email with your order number and the lesson you want to cancel, at least 48 hours before it starts. With less notice, the lesson is charged in full. ## Batch classes Batch classes on [our courses page](/en-bd/courses) run at a fixed time for the whole group, and you cannot swap into another batch. If you miss one, see [If a class is missed, by you or the instructor](/en-bd/help/courses-learning/if-a-class-is-missed-by-you-or-the-instructor). ## If this does not work We reply within one working day.
