We add a booking fee of 5% of the ticket price to each ticket. You see it before you pay, discount codes do not reduce it, and courses carry none. 1 min read Updated October 28, 2026 In this article [Where you see it](#section-0) [Discount codes and the fee](#section-1) [Courses](#section-2) [Refunds and the fee](#section-3) [If this does not work](#section-4) The KalaSudha booking fee is 5% of the ticket price, added to each ticket you buy on kalasudha.com. A £15 ticket carries a £0.75 fee, and a £27 ticket carries £1.35. ## Where you see it The ticket prices on the booking page read "Including booking fee". At checkout the fee appears as its own line in the order summary, so you see the full amount before you enter your card details. ## Discount codes and the fee A discount code takes money off the ticket price and leaves the fee as it was. We work out the fee on the full ticket price, before any discount. - Student ticket at £15: fee £0.75, you pay £15.75. - General admission at £27: fee £1.35, you pay £28.35. - General admission at £27 with a 20% code: ticket £21.60, fee £1.35, you pay £22.95. ## Courses Course enrolments carry no booking fee. The fee applies to event tickets alone. ## Refunds and the fee When we agree a refund on a ticket, or cancel an event, we refund the booking fee along with the ticket price. See [Refunds: when you get one and how long it takes](/en-ca/help/billing-payments/refunds-when-you-get-one-and-how-long-it-takes). ## If this does not work If the fee at checkout does not match 5% of your ticket price, stop before you pay and write to with the event name and the ticket type. You can also write through the [contact page](/en-ca/contact). For codes, see [Use a discount code at checkout](/en-ca/help/tickets-booking/use-a-discount-code-at-checkout); for ticket prices, find your concert on the [events page](/en-ca/events).
