We email you a link, and the link lets you set a new password. ## Reset your password 1. Select **Log In** at the top of any page. 2. Select **Forgot your password?**. 3. Enter your email address in the **Username or email address** box and select **Submit**. 4. Open the email titled "Reset Your Password - KalaSudha" and follow the link. 5. On the Set New Password page, type your new password twice and select **Set Password**. 6. Sign in with your email address and the new password. ## If the link has expired or been used A reset link lasts 24 hours and works once. If you see "Your password reset link has expired" or "The password reset link is invalid or has already been used", go back to **Forgot your password?** and ask for a new link. ## If no email arrives - Check your spam and promotions folders. - Check the address for typing mistakes and try again. - After five requests in six hours, the site stops sending links for that account. Wait six hours, then try once more. A guest booking sets up an account under the email you gave at checkout. Search your inboxes for a KalaSudha booking confirmation to find the address, then reset the password for that one. The sign-in box accepts your email address or your username. ## If this does not work Write to and list the email addresses you tried.
