Read [Report a problem with a page](/help/general/report-a-problem-with-a-page). ## Write to us through the contact page 1. Open the [contact page](/en-gb/contact) and go to **Send a message**. 2. Fill in **Name** and **Email**. Our reply goes there. 3. Pick a **Topic** from the list below. 4. Write your **Message**. The box takes up to 1,200 characters. 5. Answer the check question, then press **Send message**. ## Which topic to choose - **Events & bookings**: ticket questions, booking changes, venue details and event access. Find concerts on the [events page](/en-gb/events). - **Courses & cohorts**: enrolment, level guidance, schedules, instructors and learning support for our [courses](/en-gb/courses). - **Projects and collaborations**: performing, teaching, educational projects, hosting, programme production and maker enquiries. - **General support**: account help, payments, newsletters and media access. ## What to put in your message For a booking, give the event name, the email you booked with and your order number. For a course, tell us your current level, the discipline you want to learn and your goals.
