To check whether the event is still on, open its page on kalasudha.com. The event page holds the current date, time, venue, prices and line-up, and we update it there when anything changes. ## Find the event page 1. Open the [events page](/en-gb/events). 2. Choose your city under **City** to narrow the list. 3. On the concert card, press **View More** to open the event page. 4. On the event page, check the date and the start time against your plans. Press **Book Now** when you are ready to book. You can also [search the site](/en-gb/search) for the event name. ## Why other listings can fall behind Other websites copy our event details, and their copies can fall behind when a time or a venue changes. Check our event page before you travel. If another site disagrees with it, the event page on kalasudha.com is correct. ## If an event changes or is cancelled The event page shows the latest details. If we cancel or postpone an event, you choose between a full refund and a transfer to the new date or an equivalent concert. Read [What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed](/help/events-tickets/what-happens-if-an-event-is-cancelled-or-postponed). If we cancel an event, its card on the events page shows it as cancelled. We do not email you each time a detail changes, so the event page is the place to look. It always holds the current details. ## Keep your ticket email Your tickets arrive as a PDF attached to the confirmation email. Keep it with you on the day. If it has not arrived, read [Why has my ticket email not arrived?](/help/events-tickets/why-has-my-ticket-email-not-arrived) ## Past events Events stay on the site after they take place. On the events page, choose **Past** to see them, and press **View Details** on a card to open one. ## If this does not work If you cannot find the event, or the page and your ticket disagree, write to us with the event name and your order number.
