We use them only to reply to you and to work out whether we can work together. We do not sell them. ## What we collect from an enquiry You can send an enquiry through our website, by email, or through a form on Facebook or Instagram. In each case we collect your contact details and the information you choose to give us. ## Artists enquiring about teaching If you are an artist asking about teaching with us, our [privacy policy](/en-gb/privacy-policy) says the information includes your discipline and grading. It also includes your awards, qualifications, positions held, teaching experience and links to your work. We use these details in the same way: to reply and to see whether we can work together. ## Who sees your enquiry We do not share your enquiry outside KalaSudha Ltd. The one exception is the service providers who host our systems. ## See, correct or delete your enquiry details To see or correct what we hold, read [How do I see or correct the personal data you hold about me?](/en-gb/help/privacy-legal/how-do-i-see-or-correct-the-personal-data-you-hold-about-me) To have it deleted before the two years are up, read [How do I delete my KalaSudha account?](/en-gb/help/account-sign-in/how-do-i-delete-my-kalasudha-account) ## Related help - For what we collect when you use the site, read [What personal data does KalaSudha collect, and how is it used?](/en-gb/help/privacy-legal/what-personal-data-does-kalasudha-collect-and-how-is-it-used) To ask about an enquiry you sent, write through the [contact page](/en-gb/contact) or email . We reply within one working day. See [Contact us](/help/general/contact-us). [Account](/en-gb/help?tag=300#help-articles) Was this article helpful? Thanks for your feedback!
