Sign in, open [My Meetings](/user/meetings) and press **Join Meeting**. The button switches on 5 minutes before the start time. ## Where to find the Join Meeting button Three places lead to the same class room: - **My Meetings.** Your classes sit under Active Meetings, with a countdown in the Status column. - **Reminder emails for one-to-one sessions.** We send one 24 hours before and one 20 minutes before. Each has a **Join Video Session** button. - **Your course.** When a session is booked for a course activity, the activity shows a **Join the session** link. Until then, the page reads "No session has been booked for this activity yet." Booked a one-to-one session but cannot see it? See [Book a one-to-one session](/help/courses-learning/book-a-one-to-one-session). ## Join your class 1. Sign in to kalasudha.com. 2. Open [My Meetings](/user/meetings) and find your class under Active Meetings. 3. When the button turns active, 5 minutes before the start, press **Join Meeting**. 4. On the Ready to Join page, press **Join Meeting** again. 5. When your browser asks to use your camera and microphone, choose Allow. If your instructor has not arrived, the screen reads "Waiting for the host to start the meeting…". Stay on the page. You go in when your instructor joins. ## When the room opens The room opens 5 minutes before the start time and closes at the end time. Open your link before then and you see "This meeting is not yet available to join." with the minutes left to wait. After the end time you see "This meeting has ended." ## Open a class link while signed out A class link opened while you are signed out takes you to a Sign in to join page. 1. Press **Log in and continue** and sign in. 2. No password to hand? Under "Do not have your password?", enter the address your invitation went to and press **Email me a sign-in link**. 3. Open that email and use the link to sign in. ## Join as a guest with a one-time code If your instructor invited you without a KalaSudha account, your invitation email has a **Join Meeting** button. It opens a page called Verify Your Email to Join, with your email address filled in. 1. Press **Request Verification Code**. 2. Check your inbox for an email titled "Your verification code for joining the meeting". It holds a 4-digit code. 3. Type the code and press **Verify & Join Meeting**. The code lasts 15 minutes. Press **Resend** for a new one. After 3 wrong codes the page makes you wait and tells you for how many minutes. ## If this does not work - **Join Meeting stays grey.** Check the start time in My Meetings. The button works from 5 minutes before the start until the end time. - **"Unable to join the meeting".** Press **Try Again**. If that fails, reload the page. - **No verification code or sign-in email.** Look in your spam folder.
