If one has not arrived, check your spam and promotions folders, add both addresses to your contacts, and check the email address you gave us. ## Check your spam and promotions folders 1. Search your whole mailbox, spam or junk included, for "KalaSudha" or "kalasudha.com". 2. In Gmail, also open the Promotions and Updates tabs. 3. If you find our email in spam, mark it as Not spam. That moves it to your inbox and helps the next one land there too. ## Add our addresses to your contacts Add and to your contacts or safe senders list. In most email apps you can do this from one of our emails: open it, click our name at the top, and choose the option to add it to your contacts. ## Check the email address we have for you Booking emails go to the address typed at checkout. Account emails and class invitations go to the address on your account. One wrong letter sends the email to someone else. 1. Sign in and check the email address on your account. See [Update your email, password or details](/help/general/update-your-email-password-or-details). 2. If you booked with a different address, search that mailbox too. 3. If the address on a booking is wrong, write to us and we will send the email again to the right one. ## If this does not work Email from the address you expected us to use. Tell us what you are waiting for: a ticket, an order receipt, a class invitation or a verification code. Give the event or class name and the date you booked, and we will resend it.
