We ask for no proof. For a carer ticket, book your own ticket and then write to us with the order number. For a wheelchair space or anything else that helps, write before you book. ## Get a free carer or PA ticket 1. Book your own ticket on the event page, as [Book tickets for a KalaSudha concert](/en-gb/help/tickets-booking/book-tickets-for-a-kalasudha-concert) shows. 2. Email , or write through the [contact page](/en-gb/contact), with your order number. 3. Tell us you are bringing a carer or PA. 4. We add their ticket to your booking at no charge. You do not buy a second ticket, and you need no code or document. ## Book a wheelchair space On concerts with reserved seats, the seating plan marks wheelchair spaces "Wheelchair accessible". You cannot buy these spaces online. 1. Email before you book. 2. Give the event and how many wheelchair spaces you need, plus any seats for the people with you. 3. We book the space for you and reply within one working day. Write as early as you can. A venue has a set number of wheelchair spaces, and [Choose your seats on the seating plan](/en-gb/help/tickets-booking/choose-your-seats-on-the-seating-plan) shows how the plan marks them. ## Other access needs Tell us about anything else that would help, such as a seat near the stage or near an exit. Write before you book, so we can plan it with the venue. ## Find a venue's access details Each event page and venue page carries questions and answers about access and travel. Read them first, then ask us about anything they leave out. [I have access needs.
