A KalaSudha discount code fails when it is mistyped, meant for another event or ticket, past its end date or ticket limit, or a second code. It may have expired or already been used."](#section-3) ["Coupon … was removed: the ticket allocation for this offer is exhausted."](#section-4) [Other reasons a code fails](#section-5) [If this does not work](#section-6) A discount code not working at KalaSudha checkout is mistyped, meant for another event or ticket, past its end date or ticket limit, or a second code on one order. The message under the code box tells you which. Codes work on kalasudha.com only. ## Check the message under the code box The code box sits in the **Order summary** on the first checkout page, under **Add a promotion code**. After you press **Apply**, one of these messages may show. Work through them in order. ### "The provided coupon code is invalid." The site does not recognise the code. Check the spelling against the message or email that gave it to you, and remove any spaces before or after it. Then press **Apply** again. ### "The provided coupon code cannot be applied to your order." The code does not cover the event or the ticket type in your cart. Each code covers set events, and some cover only some ticket types. Check which concert the code was for, then book that one from the [events page](/en-gb/events). ### "The provided coupon code is not available. It may have expired or already been used." The code has passed its end date, or it has reached its ticket limit. Each code stops working at a set time. You can still book at the price shown on the page. ### "Coupon … was removed: the ticket allocation for this offer is exhausted." The code had a set number of tickets, and other buyers have used them up. The site takes the code off your order. You can still book at the price shown, without the discount. ## Other reasons a code fails - You already have a code on the order. You can use one code per order, so apply the one meant for this concert. - You are booking on another ticket website. Our codes work at kalasudha.com checkout only.
