               > “A really enjoyable evening, spiritual in its own way. I'm not particularly spiritual, but it's a very moving performance and elements of I suppose little elements of jazz piano and ambient piano. Um, really enjoyable night for both acts. I'd definitely come again. would recommend. Thank you.”

 - > Hi everybody. It's been a lovely lovely concept tonight. KalaSudha came to my attention for the first time and I would thoroughly, recommend any of their productions in future. It came to me via feed that my wife subscribes to and open week or weekend. Whatever she said that you might be interested. Look, we are interested. I'm going to tell her of. I say look, we would have been interested. It's a matter of both. Yes, so I take future reference. She comes to these and I do have to thank her for introducing me to your group. Thank you very much.

- > It is an amazing performance by renowned artists from india. It is a very well organized event and the mellifluous beats of different instruments. It really made me transcend into a different zone altogether. It is incredible. I'm just awestruck by the beauty of Indian classical music and the diversity as well, which is really good.

Her Superpower Relaxation Method, yoga therapy sessions, and online programs blend mindful movement with the art of sound—drawing on the same principles of resonance and focus that lie at the heart of Dhrupad music. Just as a Dhrupad vocalist trains to sustain a single note until it blossoms, Isthar teaches you to hold space for your breath, settling the body and mind into harmony. Her clients report feeling far less stress: they feel stronger in body, sharper in mind, more patient, resilient, and alive. Ishtar believes that everything you need for a fulfilling life already lives within you; what’s missing is the practice that lets it unfold. Whether you’re struggling with tension, wandering thoughts, or uncertainty, she can take you by the hand and help you find your own inner melody.

I have never been to an Indian classical concert. What kind of music and musicians will I hear at a KalaSudha concert in Cambridge? A raga performance opens with the **alap**, a slow section with no pulse. KalaSudha concerts run in two halves with a short interval, about 2 to 2½ hours. At Cambridge Junction, KalaSudha presented the sitar player Mehboob Nadeem with the tabla players Ustad Akram Khan and Dr Sam Evans. See the [first-time listener guide](/faq/at-the-concert/i-have-never-been-to-an-indian-classical-concert-will-i-follow-it) and [KalaSudha in Cambridge](/place/cambridge).
