Wait at the door, then take your seat at a natural pause between pieces, so you do not disturb the musicians or the people around you. The FAQ [What happens if I arrive late to a KalaSudha concert?](/en-in/faq/at-the-concert/what-happens-if-i-arrive-late-to-a-kalasudha-concert) gives the same rule. ## Why we ask you to wait A raga opens with the **alap**, a slow section with no pulse, and the hall stays quiet while it unfolds. A pause between pieces gives you the moment to walk in and sit down. Keep your steps and your phone quiet as you go. ## When to arrive Arrive at the door time on the event page. Times are UK local time. Find your concert on the [events page](/en-in/events), and read the FAQ [When should I arrive?](/en-in/faq/at-the-concert/when-should-i-arrive) for more. ## Travel and parking Travel and parking details sit in the venue section of each event page. Check them before you set out, so you reach the door in good time. If you have access needs or come with a carer, read [Book with access needs or bring a carer](/en-in/help/tickets-booking/book-with-access-needs-or-bring-a-carer). ## If you cannot come at all You can pass your ticket to someone else or ask about a refund. Read [I can no longer come. What are my options?](/help/events-tickets/i-can-no-longer-come-what-are-my-options) ## Related help For what happens through the rest of the concert, read [I've never been to an Indian classical concert.
