Find your order, receipt or invoice

The confirmation email we send after you pay is your receipt. Your orders also sit in your KalaSudha account under Orders, and course invoices sit under Invoices.

Find an order

1. Sign in at kalasudha.com and go to your Dashboard.
2. Select Orders in the side menu.
3. If you have many orders, narrow the list with Order status, Purchase type or Order period.
4. Select View order to see the items, the booking reference and, for events, your ticket codes.

Download your tickets

Open an event order and select Download tickets. Show the tickets on your phone at the door or bring a printout.

Get an invoice

A course enrolment creates an invoice when you place the order.

1. Open the account menu at the top of the page and select My account.
2. Select the Invoices tab.
3. Open the invoice and select Download.

Ticket orders do not create a separate invoice. Use the confirmation email or the order page as your record.

If you booked without an account

When you book as a guest, we create an account for the email address you gave at checkout and send a welcome email, "Welcome to KalaSudha - Your Account Is Ready!", with a link to sign in. If that address already had an account, the order goes into it.

To get in later, select Forgot your password? on the sign-in page and enter the email address you booked with. See Do I need an account?

If this does not work

If an order is missing, you may have booked with another email address. Search your inboxes for our confirmation email and sign in with the address it went to. If your ticket email never arrived, see Why has my ticket email not arrived?
