For one-to-one learning, you enrol by booking your first session with the instructor. For a batch, you enrol and pay for the module when we announce a batch. ## Enrol for one-to-one learning 1. Sign in and go to [/learn](/learn), then open the course. 2. Select **Enrol now**. This opens the instructor's booking calendar for that course. 3. Book and pay for your first session. The steps are in [Book a one-to-one session](/help/courses-learning/book-a-one-to-one-session). 4. When the instructor approves the booking, you are added to the course and it appears under **My Courses**. While your first booking waits for approval, the course does not appear under **My Courses** yet. Your request shows on your [dashboard](/user/dashboard) under **Awaiting Instructor Approval**. ## Enrol in a batch Batch enrolment opens when we announce a batch. When a batch is open, the course page shows an **Enroll Now** button. Select it, confirm your email address with the code we send you, add your details and pay. We send a confirmation email once the payment goes through. ## Once you are enrolled - The course appears under **My Courses** at [/learn](/learn). - The course page shows your progress through each level and module, and a button to start or continue where you left off. - Each lesson holds its lesson video, a practice assignment and session notes. - We email you a reminder 24 hours and again 20 minutes before each booked one-to-one session. To enrol a child, add them as a learner first. See [Add a child as a learner](/help/courses-learning/add-a-child-as-a-learner). ## If this does not work - **No Enrol now button:** the instructor is not taking bookings at the moment. - **The course is missing from My Courses:** check your dashboard. If your first booking shows under **Awaiting Instructor Approval**, the instructor has not approved it yet. - **The email code has not arrived:** check your spam and promotions folders, then select **Resend Code**. - **"You are already enrolled":** the course is already in your account. Sign in with that email and open [/learn](/learn). For anything else, write to with the course name and the email you used. We reply within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, UK time.
