After that, write to from the email address you booked with, at least 48 hours before the event. Give your order number and the correct details. We change the booking and send your tickets again. You cannot edit a paid booking yourself. ## Check your details before you pay 1. On the first checkout page, fill in **Email address**, **First name** and **Last name**. Your tickets go to that email address. 2. Before you pay, the review page lists your details under **Contact**. Check the spelling of your email there. 3. If something is wrong, go back to the first step and correct it before you pay. ## Change details after you have paid 1. Find your order number. It appears on the page you see after paying, in the subject of your ticket email, and on your account page when you are signed in. 2. Write to from the email address you booked with. We cannot accept changes sent from any other address. 3. Give the order number, the event name, and the correct name or email address. 4. We update the booking and send your tickets to the right address. We accept changes up to 48 hours before the event. After that, we cannot change the booking. ## Your account email and past bookings Changing the email on your account leaves bookings you have already made as they are. They keep the email you entered at checkout. To move a booking to your new address, write to us from the old address with the order number.
