At events with reserved seats, you pick a price zone, then choose your seats on the plan. We hold them for 15 minutes while you check out. ## Reserved or unreserved Click **Select Tickets** on the event page. If the event has reserved seats, you see price zones first. If you see a list of tickets with a number to choose, seating is unreserved. Pick how many tickets you want, and arrive at the door time if you want the closer rows. ## Pick your seats 1. Click **Select Tickets** on the event page. 2. Choose a zone. Each zone card shows its price and how many seats remain. 3. Click the seats you want on the plan. The key under the plan shows which seats are **Available**, **Selected** and **Taken**. To try another zone, click **Back to zones**. 4. Some zones include an area without numbered seats. There you choose how many places you want. 5. Check the seat count and total under the plan, then click **Add to Cart**. 6. Click **Continue to checkout** and pay. Your ticket email lists your seats, and each ticket in the PDF shows its seat. ## How long we hold your seats Once you click **Add to Cart**, we hold your seats for 15 minutes. A bar shows **Your seats are reserved for** with a countdown. Pay before it reaches zero. If time runs out, the bar reads **Your seat reservation has expired.** and the pay button stops working. Click **Choose seats again** and pick your seats afresh. Someone else may have booked them in the meantime. ## Sit together Pick all your seats in one go, side by side on the plan. You can hold up to six seats for an event at a time. For a larger group, write to and we will help with the booking. ## Wheelchair spaces The plan marks wheelchair spaces with a wheelchair symbol. You cannot buy them online. To book one, email as early as you can, because venues need notice to set the space up. See [Book with access needs or bring a carer](/help/events-tickets/book-with-access-needs-or-bring-a-carer). ## If this does not work - A zone says **Sold out**: try another zone. - You see **You can hold at most 6 seats for this event at a time.**: pay for the seats in your cart first, or write to us about a group booking. - You see **Too many booking attempts. Please wait a while and try again.**: wait 15 minutes, then start again. - Your seats ran out of time: start again from **Select Tickets**. For anything else, write to with the event name. We reply within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, UK time.
