The code box sits on that first page. You will not find it at the payment step. ## Apply your code 1. Open the event on kalasudha.com and click **Select Tickets**. 2. Choose how many tickets you want. Wait for **Processing…** to finish and the total to update. **Add to Cart** does nothing until then. 3. Click **Add to Cart**, then **Continue to checkout**. 4. Find the **Order summary** box. On a phone it sits at the top of the page. On a computer it is the panel down the right-hand side. 5. Under **Add a promotion code**, type your code and click **Apply**. 6. Check that the price has dropped and the box says **Coupon applied.** Then fill in your details and pay. At events with reserved seats, you pick seats in step 2 instead of a number. Other ticket sites do not accept them. - Each code covers set events and stops working at a set time. - You can use one code per order. - The discount comes off the ticket price. The booking fee stays the same. See [What is the booking fee?](/help/billing-payments/what-is-the-booking-fee) ## If this does not work The message under the code box tells you what went wrong: - **The provided coupon code is invalid.** Check the spelling and remove any spaces. - **The provided coupon code is not available. It may have expired or already been used.** The code has passed its end date or reached its ticket limit. - **The provided coupon code cannot be applied to your order.** The code does not cover the event or ticket in your cart. If you cannot find the code box, or the code still fails, write to with the code, the event and the tickets you want. We will sort out the booking with you.
