Please try again later."](#section-8) [You are in, but sound or picture fails](#section-9) To join a KalaSudha class as a guest, open the invitation email, press **Join Meeting** and verify your email address with a 4-digit code we send you. You need no account and no password. The code works for 15 minutes. ## Who joins as a guest A guest is someone invited to a class by email who has no KalaSudha account. Students with an account sign in and join from My Meetings, as [Join your video class](/en-in/help/online-classes/join-your-video-class) shows. To book lessons of your own, start at the [KalaSudha Academy](/en-in/academy). ## Verify your email and join 1. Open the invitation email, subject "You're invited to join" followed by the class title, and press **Join Meeting**. 2. A page opens with the class details. Under **Verify Your Email to Join**, your email address is already filled in and cannot be changed. 3. Press **Request Verification Code**. 4. Find the email "Your verification code for joining the meeting". It holds a 4-digit code. 5. Type the code in the **Verification Code** box and press **Verify & Join Meeting**. 6. When your browser asks to use your camera and microphone, choose Allow. The room opens 5 minutes before the start time. Request your code from then, so it is still valid when you join. ## How long the code lasts The page counts down from "Code expires in 15:00". When the time runs out, press **Resend** for a new code and use the newest one. Three wrong codes lock the invitation for one hour. Wait out the hour, then request a new code. ## Rejoin after you leave Open the invitation link again in the same browser and you go straight back in, with no new code. A different browser, another device or a browser you have closed needs a new code. ## If this does not work ### The code email has not arrived Look in your spam or junk folder, then press **Resend**. [Not receiving emails from us](/en-in/help/troubleshooting/not-receiving-emails-from-us) lists more checks. ### The page says "Invalid invitation link." Open the link from the invitation email itself, and copy the whole address if you paste it. If it still fails, ask us for a fresh invitation. ### The page says the code has expired Press **Resend** and type the new code within 15 minutes. ### The page says "Too many requests. Please try again later." Wait a few minutes, then press **Resend** once.
