After you send a KalaSudha enquiry, we email you a link to confirm it within seven days. The KalaSudha enquiry confirmation email carries your reference number and a **Review and confirm or decline** link that works for seven days. Our team receives your enquiry only after you confirm it, and we then reply by email within one working day. ## What you see after pressing send The form gives way to this message: "Thank you. Check your email and use the link within seven days to confirm your enquiry. Our team receives it only after you confirm." The city concert form has its own message: your concert request has been saved, and you confirm or decline it from the email within seven days. ## Confirm your enquiry 1. Open the email that begins "Thank you for your enquiry to KalaSudha." It gives your reference number, which starts with #, and lists the details you sent. 2. Check the details. 3. Press **Review and confirm or decline**. 4. On the page that opens, confirm the enquiry. Gave a WhatsApp number? We send a short confirmation there too. ## What happens after you confirm Our team reads your enquiry and replies by email within one working day. Then it depends on the form: - Festivals, venues and event hosts get a proposal and a quote. - Schools get a proposal with the project plan and the costs, and can use both in their own funding application. - Sponsors get a proposal. - Film and TV productions and collaborators get a quote. - Artists hear from us once we have reviewed their enquiry. ## I did not get the confirmation email Look in your spam or junk folder first. Then check the email address you typed into the form. An enquiry that is not confirmed within seven days never reaches our team, so after that, send the form again with the right address. [Not receiving emails from us](/help/technical-help/not-receiving-emails-from-us) has more checks. ## I did not send this enquiry Press **report that this wasn't you** in the email. The link works for 30 days. Reporting stops further confirmation emails from that form to your address until our team clears the restriction. ## I want to change or withdraw my enquiry Before you confirm, press **Review and confirm or decline** and decline it, then send the form again if you want to change it.
