About This Track
Pandit Debasis Chakroborty plays Journey through the Cloud on solo Indian slide guitar, a piece built on a mix of ragas, with phrases drawn from more than one raga and no single named raga as anchor. The mixed approach gives the line room to drift, which fits the title.
Fifth of six tracks on The Pulse, it sits between Mishra Pilu and the closing Bhawaiya.
