How do I get into my account? A guest booking is filed under your checkout email. If that address is new to us, we set up an account for it and send a welcome email with a sign-in link. If it already had an account, the order goes there. Either way, you can get in by setting a password for that email. ## Use the welcome email 1. Open the inbox of the email address you gave at checkout. 2. Find the email "Welcome to KalaSudha - Your Account Is Ready!". 3. Follow the sign-in link in it. If you have not set a password yet, set one with the steps below so you can sign in again. ## Set a password for your guest account 1. Open the [reset page](/en-int/user/password) from **Forgot your password?** on the sign-in page. 2. Enter your checkout email. 3. Press **Submit**. 4. Follow the link in "Reset Your Password - KalaSudha" within 24 hours. 5. Set your password. Then [sign in](/en-int/user/login) with your email address and that password. Image ## No welcome email arrived We send no welcome email when the checkout address already has a KalaSudha account. The order is in that account. Sign in with your usual details, or set a password as above if you never chose one. If the address was new, look in your spam or junk folder, then read [Not receiving emails from us](/help/technical-help/not-receiving-emails-from-us). ## Find your order once you are in Your orders, tickets and invoices sit in your account.
