Show the QR code on your KalaSudha ticket at the door, on your phone or printed, and our staff scan it. Each ticket has its own code, so each person needs their own.

At a KalaSudha concert, you show the QR code on your ticket at the door, on your phone or printed, and our staff scan it. Each ticket has its own QR code, so each person in your group needs their own ticket's code.

## Before you leave home

1. Open the ticket email and its PDF, or sign in and open the order page, as [Find your tickets after booking](/en-int/help/tickets-booking/find-your-tickets-after-booking) shows.
2. Find the QR code with the words "Scan at the entrance" under it. On the order page, the same code sits under "Entry code for this ticket".
3. Save the PDF to your phone or print it. Both carry the same QR code.
4. Check the "Doors open" time on the ticket and, if the concert has reserved seats, the seat printed on it.

The event page gives the door time and the venue section with travel details. Find it on the [events page](/en-int/events).

## At the door

1. Open the ticket on your phone, or take out your printed copy.
2. Show the QR code to our staff at the entrance.
3. Wait while they scan it, then go in.

The ticket itself says "Please present this ticket at the venue. This ticket is valid for one admission."

## Coming as a group

Each ticket admits one person, so every person in your group shows their own code. If you booked for others, forward the PDF to them, or arrive together and show each code at the door. If someone else is using a ticket you booked, read [Can someone else use my ticket?](/en-int/help/tickets-booking/can-someone-else-use-my-ticket)

## Find your seat

Seating varies by venue. A reserved-seat ticket shows your seat. With zones, you sit anywhere in your zone, and with unreserved seating you take any free seat on arrival. Read [Is my seat reserved, or do I sit anywhere?](/en-int/help/tickets-booking/is-my-seat-reserved-or-do-i-sit-anywhere) or the FAQ [Is seating allocated?](/en-int/faq/at-the-concert/is-seating-allocated)

## If this does not work

If you cannot find your tickets, read [Find your tickets after booking](/en-int/help/tickets-booking/find-your-tickets-after-booking). It shows how to download them again from your account.

Still stuck? Email <contact@kalasudha.com> with your order number, or the email address you booked with and the event, or use the [contact page](/en-int/contact). We reply within one working day. See [Contact us](/help/general/contact-us).
