With 48 hours' notice or more, we move the lesson to another time at no cost, as many times as you need. If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, or do not turn up, we charge the lesson in full, with no refund or rebooking. ## How much notice to give - **48 hours or more before the lesson:** we move it to another time at no cost. There is no limit on how many times you move a lesson. - **Less than 48 hours before the lesson:** the lesson is charged in full. We cannot refund or rebook it. - **You do not turn up:** the lesson is charged in full. We cannot refund or rebook it. You make every change by email. There is no button to move or cancel a lesson yourself. ## Move a lesson to another time 1. Find your order number in the booking confirmation email. 2. Check the instructor's calendar for open times by starting a booking from their profile. Stop before **Add to cart**. 3. Email with your order number, the instructor's name, and two or three times that suit you. 4. We confirm the new time with the instructor and send you updated details. ## Cancel a lesson Email with your order number and the lesson you want to cancel, at least 48 hours before it starts. With less notice, the lesson is charged in full. ## Batch classes Batch classes run at a fixed time for the whole group, and you cannot swap into another batch. If you miss a class, write to and we send you the class recording, plus the notes and practice task for that week. If you have not heard back before the lesson is due, keep the booked time and join as planned.
