No experience is needed. If you have trained before, check the prerequisites on the level page, or book a one-to-one session with the instructor, who will hear you play and place you at the right level. ## Check the prerequisites Each level page lists what you need to be able to do before you start it. Read that list and be honest with yourself about each point. 1. Open the course page and choose the level you are thinking of. 2. Read the prerequisites list on that page. 3. If you meet every point, you can start that level. 4. If you do not, select **Talk to us** under the list, or start one level lower. ## Ask the instructor to place you The **Talk to us** link and the **Book 1:1 Session** button open the instructor's booking calendar. Book one session and tell the instructor what you have learnt so far. They will hear you and suggest where to start. Tell us the course, how long you have trained, with whom, and a few pieces you can play or sing. We reply within 2 working days, Monday to Friday, UK time.
