Where do I see the new time? When a class moves, My Meetings shows the new start time, and in most cases a "Meeting Time Updated" email gives it too. Your join link stays the same. 2 min read Updated October 28, 2026 In this article [The email about the new time](#section-0) [Check the time in My Meetings](#section-1) [Booked one-to-one lessons](#section-2) [If this does not work](#section-3) When your instructor or KalaSudha moves a class, My Meetings shows the new start time, and in most cases an email headed "Meeting Time Updated" gives the new time. Your join link stays the same. The room opens 5 minutes before the new start. ## The email about the new time The email's subject reads "Updated:" followed by the class title. It says "The scheduled time for the following meeting has changed. Please use the new time below." Under that it lists the host, the **New time** and the time the class **Ends**, with a **Join Meeting** button. For a child learner without an email address of their own, the email goes to the parent or guardian who manages them. Sign in on the [sign-in page](/en-int/user/login). 2. Open [My Meetings](/en-int/user/meetings). The class sits under Active Meetings, and its Start Time column shows the new time. 3. Press **Join Meeting** when it switches on, 5 minutes before the new start. My Meetings always shows the current time, so check it there whenever an email and your calendar disagree. ## Booked one-to-one lessons When a booked lesson moves, your reminder emails follow the new slot, 24 hours and 20 minutes before it. Their **Join Video Session** button opens the same class room. Look in your spam or junk folder and read [Not receiving emails from us](/en-int/help/troubleshooting/not-receiving-emails-from-us).
