Then tick the consent box, draw your initials and signature, and press **Sign Document**. That is how to sign a document electronically on kalasudha.com. You need an account under the email the link was sent to, but you do not need to log in. ## Open the signing link The email is headed "Document Signing Request" and names the document. When the link has an end date, the email says "This link will expire on" followed by that date. Press **Review & Sign Document** to open the signing page. ## What you see depends on your account - Not signed in, and an account uses that email: press **Continue to Sign Document** to sign without logging in. Or [log in](/en-int/user/login) to track all your documents from your dashboard. Signing without login means you need the email link each time you come back. - No account uses that email: the site takes you to [create an account](/en-int/user/register) first, then on to the document. - Signed in under a different email that another account owns: the page reads "Switch Account Required". Press **Logout & Sign In with Correct Account**. - Signed in under a different email that no account owns: on "Choose How to Continue", press **Create New Account**, or **Add to My Account** to add the email as a second address on your account. ## Sign the document 1. Scroll through the whole document on the left. The page asks you to read all of it before signing. 2. Read the Electronic Signature Disclosure and tick **I agree to sign this document electronically**. 3. Draw your initials in the "Your Initials" box. They appear on every page. 4. Draw your signature in the "Your Signature" box, or use the suggested style under "Or use this:". Press Clear to draw again. 5. Press **Sign Document**. The signing page needs JavaScript switched on. Next time you sign a document with us, the page shows the initials and signature you saved. ## If you do not want to sign Press **Decline to Sign**. The document then sits under "Documents you chose not to sign" in My Documents. ## When other people sign too If the page says "Please wait. Other signers must complete their signatures before you can sign.", someone else signs first. Come back to the email link later. ## Get your signed copy Once everyone has signed, you receive the email "Document Signing Completed" with the list of signatories. Press **Download Signed Document** when it appears. Signed in, you also find every document in My Documents, at /user/docu-sign, under waiting, signed or declined.
