The instructor then accepts the request, and we email you the confirmation. Browse [our courses](/en-lk/courses) or start from an instructor on [our artists page](/en-lk/artists). ## Book the session 1. Open the course page and select **Book 1:1 Session**, or select **Book a Session** on the instructor's profile. 2. Under **What would you like to learn?**, choose the **Course** and **Level**. If you have added learners to your account, choose who the session is for under **Who is this session for?** 3. Choose the session length under **Duration**. 4. Pick a date on the calendar, then a time. The calendar shows the times the instructor has open. 5. Select **Review session** and check the course, level, length, date and time. 6. Select **Add to cart**. We hold the time for you for 10 minutes. 7. Select **View cart** and pay at checkout. Nothing is charged before checkout. ## After you pay Some instructors accept bookings straight away, and then your confirmation arrives at once. Otherwise the request waits for the instructor, and your account dashboard lists it under Awaiting Instructor Approval. Once the instructor accepts, we email you the confirmation and the session appears in My Meetings in your account menu. We record every booked session, and you can watch it again later (see [Watch your class recordings](/en-lk/help/courses-learning/watch-your-class-recordings)). Reminders arrive 24 hours and 20 minutes before the start. To join, see [Join your video class](/help/technical-help/join-your-video-class). If the instructor cannot take the session, we refund your payment in full. See [My one-to-one booking was declined. Please choose a new time." Someone booked it first, or your 10-minute hold ran out. Pick another time. - "This profile does not offer bookable sessions." The instructor is not taking bookings at the moment. - "Too many booking attempts. Please try again later." Wait an hour and try again. - No email after paying? Check spam and promotions, then check your dashboard. Still stuck? Write to with your order number and the instructor's name, and we reply within one working day.
