ଶ୍ୟାମ କଲ୍ୟାଣ କଲ୍ୟାଣ ଠାଟର ଏକ ଦ୍ୱି-ମଧ୍ୟମ ସନ୍ଧ୍ୟା ରାଗ, ଯାହାକୁ ଏହାର ରାଜସୀ ଏବଂ ବିସ୍ତୃତ ଚରିତ୍ର ପାଇଁ ଜଣାଶୁଣା । ଏହା ଆରୋହଣରେ କେବଳ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ମା ବ୍ୟବହାର କରେ, କିନ୍ତୁ ଅବରୋହଣରେ ଉଭୟ ଶୁଦ୍ଧ ଏବଂ ତୀବ୍ର ମଧ୍ୟମ ବ୍ୟବହାର କରେ । ଏହି ଅନନ୍ୟ ଗଠନ ଏହାକୁ ଏକ ସମୃଦ୍ଧ, ବହୁମୁଖୀ ବ୍ୟକ୍ତିତ୍ୱ ପ୍ରଦାନ କରେ ।
