About Sandipan Mukherjee
Sandipan Mukherjee plays tabla in the Hindustani classical tradition. He trained under Pandit Kumar Bose and later completed a master's degree in music at Bharati Vidyapeeth, Pune.
He continues his studies with Pandit Arvind Kumar Azad. Sandipan has accompanied Pandit Ronu Majumdar, Pandit Debasis Chakroborty, Pandit Shubhendra Rao, and Pandit Rajendra Kulkarni.
He has performed across India, including at the Purvi Festival in Motihari, and performs with KalaSudha.
