KalaSudha presents Indian classical music in cities across England and Scotland, including Reading and Cambridge. At the University of Reading's Great Hall, Pandit Debasis Chakroborty's Indian slide guitar met Giuliano Modarelli's Western guitar in September 2026, with Dr Sam Evans on tabla. That evening's opening half showed the raga form: an alap and jod, then pieces in cycles of 7 and 10 beats. At Cambridge Junction on 20 September 2026 he played Indian slide guitar and Brij Veena, with Ustad Akram Khan on tabla.

Our concerts in other cities are listed on the events page. To learn now, wherever you live, take Indian Slide Guitar with Debasis Chakroborty online.
