Where can I learn Kuchipudi online with a live teacher?
Updated
Learn Kuchipudi online at KalaSudha, live and one-to-one with a vetted teacher. This classical dance-drama from Kuchipudi village in Andhra Pradesh is set to Carnatic music and known for the tarangam, danced on the rim of a brass plate.
Beginners start at Foundation with the Kuchipudi stance, which has a bouncing quality, and with basic footwork patterns. The levels of our courses lead on from there, and the platform records every lesson for you to practise with. When enough learners in an area register interest, KalaSudha holds workshops and summer camps there.
