About KalaSudha in Cornwall
If you enjoy live music in village halls, you can follow KalaSudha's concert and workshop plans for Indian classical music in Cornwall. Carn to Cove's autumn 2024 season announcement included music in Cornwall's village halls and community spaces. Volunteer promoters helped choose the season's performances.
We welcome listeners beyond Cornwall's larger towns. KalaSudha is gathering interest from towns and villages as we consider future visits; our plans are independent of Carn to Cove, with no venues or artists confirmed. You can register as a listener and follow the programme as it develops. See our events listings for programmes already announced.
You can choose online study if travelling to a workshop would be difficult, without waiting for local arrangements. KalaSudha's structured courses are developed with instructors and vetted by top educationists. An in-person session in Cornwall would need sufficient local interest and suitable arrangements. For listeners who want a concert outing, our plans are to bring top-class musicians to the county and welcome people new to the music. Press Register for updates to hear about Cornwall's programmes and booking details as they are announced.
