Write to [email protected] and tell us what you need. If you come with a carer or personal assistant (PA), their ticket is free and we add it to your booking. Wheelchair spaces need arranging with the venue in advance, so write as early as you can.
Get a free carer or PA ticket
- Book your own ticket on the event page.
- Write to [email protected] with your order number and tell us you are bringing a carer or PA.
- We add the companion ticket to your booking and send you a confirmation with it.
You do not need to buy a second ticket.
Book a wheelchair space
- Write to [email protected] before you book, or as soon as you have booked.
- Tell us the event and how many wheelchair spaces you need.
- We arrange the space with the venue and confirm it to you.
Venues hold a small number of spaces. The earlier you write, the more we can do. On seat plans, wheelchair spaces carry a wheelchair symbol. See Choose your seats.
Other needs
Tell us about anything else that would help, such as a seat near the stage. We will set it up with the venue before the day.
Find a venue's access details
Each event page carries questions and answers about its venue, including access and parking. Read them first, and ask us about anything they leave out.
If this does not work
If you have not heard back and the event is close, write again with the event name and your order number in the subject line. See Contact us.
