"Signing Link Has Expired": what to do

If kalasudha.com shows "Signing Link Has Expired", your signing link expired on the date given in the email. Signed in, look in My Documents for an updated link. Otherwise, write to us with the document title and we send you a new link.

What the page says

The heading reads Signing Link Has Expired, followed by: "This signing link has expired. Signing links are valid for a limited time for security purposes." The rest of the message depends on whether you are signed in.

Get a new link, in this order

1. Log in with the email the document was sent to, and open My Documents at /user/docu-sign.
2. Find the document under "Documents waiting for your signature". If its status reads "Ready to sign", open it and sign.
3. If it reads "Link expired" or "Awaiting new link", or you have no account to log in to, email [email protected] or write through the contact page. Give the document title from the email.
4. We send you a new link by email. Press Review & Sign Document in that email and sign as before.

Other messages on the same page

The page says the document is already processed

Document Already Processed means the document has been signed or declined, or is no longer available for signing. Look in My Documents under "Documents you have signed" or "Documents you chose not to sign".

The page says the signing link is not found

Signing Link Not Found means the link got cut short or mistyped on its way to the browser. Go back to the email and press Review & Sign Document again.

The page says there were too many attempts

The message "Too many verification attempts. Please try again later." means the site has seen too many wrong links from your connection and blocks it for a while. Wait, then open the link from the email again.
