Subscribe to or leave the newsletter

To subscribe to the KalaSudha newsletter, fill in the form in the Stay close section of the kalasudha.com home page, then confirm from the email we send. To leave, press click here in the footer of any newsletter and confirm. Ticket and account emails keep arriving after you leave.

Subscribe

1. Press Newsletter in the site footer. It takes you to the form on the home page.
2. Enter your First Name and Email Address. Your last name is optional.
3. Under Type, tick at least one box: Default, Music, Instrument or Artist.
4. Press Subscribe Now.
5. Open the email we send and confirm your subscription.

The page then asks you to check your email, and newsletters start only after you confirm from that message. The same form sits on festival pages, such as Kala Festival.

With an account, you can also subscribe from the Newsletters tab on your account page. Sign in first.

Unsubscribe

1. Open any newsletter from us and scroll to the bottom.
2. Next to "To manage your email preferences or unsubscribe from these emails", press click here.
3. Choose a reason from the list.
4. Press Confirm Unsubscribe.

The page confirms: "You have been successfully unsubscribed from our mailing list." If your email app shows its own Unsubscribe button at the top of our email, that works too.

Unsubscribing stops newsletters and our other marketing emails. Tickets and account emails still reach you, as Which emails will I still get after I unsubscribe? explains.

If this does not work

The form says I am already subscribed

"You are already subscribed to our list!" means that address is on the list. "You have already subscribed to our newsletter recently" means a confirmation email is waiting in your inbox: open it and confirm.

The confirmation email has not come

Search your spam or junk folder for "KalaSudha". For more checks, read Not receiving emails from us.

Newsletters still arrive after I unsubscribed

Forward one to [email protected] and we will remove the address. We reply within one working day. See Contact us.
