Where can I learn swarmandal online with a live teacher?
Updated
Singers can learn the swarmandal online with KalaSudha, live and one-to-one with a vetted teacher. It is a plucked box zither of North India that Hindustani classical singers play to accompany their own voice, with one string to each note.
You retune those strings for every raga, the melodic framework you sing. At Foundation you learn your instrument and its wrest pins, then raga tuning: the raga's notes repeated across the octaves. Later you play while you sing. Our courses run in levels; when enough learners in an area register interest, we hold workshops and summer camps there.
