Write your review
- Open the email with the subject "How was [event]?".
- Follow the review link in it. The page "Share your experience" opens.
- Enter a Display name.
- Choose an Overall rating: Poor, Fair, Good, Very good or Excellent.
- Write Your review, up to 1,000 characters. The form asks "What stood out about your experience?"
- Press Submit review.
After you submit
The page shows "Your review has been submitted", and we approve each review before it appears on the site.
Good to know
- All three fields are required.
- Each link takes one review. Once you submit, the link is used up.
- The link works for a limited time after the event.
- You review a concert from the link in your email; the site has no separate page for writing one.
If this does not work
If the page says "This review link has expired", the time for that link has passed. Review links are valid for a limited time after the event.
If the page says "This review link is not available", check that you opened the full link from your invitation email. If the problem continues, email [email protected] with the concert you attended, or use the contact page. We reply within one working day. See Contact us.
