In this article

To stop WhatsApp messages from KalaSudha, reply STOP to any WhatsApp message we have sent you. That takes your phone number off our WhatsApp broadcasts. You can also email [email protected] with the number you want removed.

Reply STOP

  1. Open any WhatsApp message from KalaSudha.
  2. Reply with the single word STOP, on its own.
  3. Send it.

The word must be the whole message. Capitals or lower case both work, so "stop" does the job. A sentence such as "stop by on Friday" does nothing.

Email us instead

Write to [email protected], or use the contact page, and give the phone number with its country code. We take that number off our WhatsApp broadcasts and reply within one working day.

What STOP covers

STOP opts your number out of the broadcasts we send on WhatsApp. It changes nothing about your email: tickets and receipts come by email, as Find your tickets after booking shows. To stop marketing emails as well, read Subscribe to or leave the newsletter.

Concert news still sits on the events page. For anything else, see Contact us.
