Book for a group of more than six
To book more than six reserved seats for a group, write to us with the event, the number of tickets and the ticket types. We place the booking at the normal prices.

To book more than six reserved seats for a group, write to us and we place the booking for you. Give the event, the number of tickets and the ticket types. Groups pay the normal ticket prices; there is no group rate. At a concert without reserved seats, you can book a group yourself in one order.
Why the site stops at six seats
On a concert with reserved seats, one order can hold up to six seats. If you try to pick a seventh, the plan shows this message:
"You can hold at most 6 seats for this event at a time. For larger group bookings please contact us."
The limit applies to reserved seats only. Choose your seats on the seating plan explains how the plan works.
Book reserved seats for a larger group
- Find the concert on the events page and note its name and date.
- Email [email protected], or write through the contact page.
- Give the event, how many tickets you need and which ticket types, for example how many students.
- Say if the group wants to sit together, or name the zone you prefer.
- We reply within one working day and place the booking for you.
Write as early as you can. Seats sell while we talk, and a large block of seats side by side is easier to find before the plan fills up.
Book a group at a concert without reserved seats
Where the booking page shows a list of ticket types with a quantity beside each, you can book the whole group in one order. Choose up to 10 of each ticket type, then press Add to Cart and check out as usual. Book tickets for a KalaSudha concert shows each step.

Is group booking cheaper?
No. Group bookings cost the same per ticket as any other booking, at the prices on the event page. Each ticket type keeps its own price. Ticket types explains each one.
If someone in the group needs access help
Tell us in the same email. A carer or PA ticket is free, and wheelchair spaces are booked by email. Read Book with access needs or bring a carer.
