You book KalaSudha tickets on kalasudha.com. Open the concert from the events page, press Book Now, choose your tickets and pay at checkout. You need no account, and your tickets reach you by email.

Book your tickets

  1. Open the events page and pick the concert.
  2. Press Book Now on the event page. The Select Tickets page lists each ticket type with its price, marked "Including booking fee".
  3. Choose how many of each type you want, from 0 to 10. Wait for Processing… to finish, because Add to Cart does nothing until then.
  4. Press Add to Cart, then Continue to checkout.
  5. Fill in your email address, first name, last name and phone number. Your tickets go to that email address.
  6. Check your details under Contact on the review page, then pay.

Reserved seats? Book Now then opens a seating plan, and Choose your seats on the seating plan walks through it. For the difference between early bird, general admission, student and Full Day tickets, read Ticket types.

Do I need an account to book?

No. You check out as a guest. When the order completes, it goes into an account under the email address you gave at checkout: a new one, or the one that already uses it. Do I need an account? and I booked as a guest explain the rest.

After you pay

The last page gives your order number. The email "Your tickets for [event] - Order #[number]" follows, with a PDF that holds one QR code per ticket. Find your tickets after booking shows where else to find them. If the email does not come, read Why has my ticket email not arrived?

Book an event with several dates or sessions

  1. Press Book Now. The page reads Choose your dates, with a card for each session.
  2. Pick the sessions you want. Where the event sells a pass that covers all of them, the pass has its own card.
  3. Press Add Selected to Cart, then check out as above.

What the ticket messages mean

  • "Sales start on" and a date: that ticket type goes on sale on that date.
  • "Sold out": no tickets of that type are left. Read The event is sold out. Can I still get a ticket?
  • "Sales have ended": that ticket type has stopped selling. Look at the other types on the page.
  • "This event has ended. Booking is no longer available.": the concert has taken place. Find the next one on the events page.

If this does not work

If you see "Too many booking attempts. Please wait a while and try again.", wait a while, then start again from the event page.

If your payment fails, read My payment failed before you try again, so you do not pay twice. The booking fee is explained in What is the booking fee?

Stuck at any step? Email [email protected], or write through the contact page, with the event and the step you reached, and we reply within one working day. See Contact us.
