Do I need an account, and what do I get with one?

No, you do not need an account to book KalaSudha tickets. You can check out as a guest with your email address. When the order completes, we set up a free account under that address, or add the order to the account that already uses it.

Book as a guest

1. Open the concert from the events page.
2. Press Book Now.
3. Choose your tickets.
4. Go to checkout.
5. Enter your email address at checkout and pay.
6. Check your inbox. If the address is new to us, the email "Welcome to KalaSudha - Your Account Is Ready!" arrives with a link to sign in.

If your email address already has an account

When the email you give at checkout already belongs to a KalaSudha account, we add the order to that account. We send no welcome email in that case, because the account exists. Sign in with your usual details and the order is there.

What your account holds

• Your orders and invoices. They belong to the account, so they stay with it if you change its email address. Find your order, receipt or invoice shows where they are.
• Your Dashboard, the page you land on after signing in, and your contact details under Settings.
• My Favourites, where you save artists and other pages you like.
• My Meetings, for video meetings with your teacher. Read Join your video class.
• Recordings of your classes. See Watch your class recordings.
• My Compositions, where you write notation in KalaSudha Composer.
• Learner profiles for your children. Each learner keeps their own courses, finished lessons, certificates and booked sessions. See Add a child as a learner.

Every account has these pages. Meetings and recordings fill once you have lessons booked.

Your email address or username and your password work in the browser on a phone, a tablet or a computer.

Create an account before you book

You can also set up the account first, then book or enrol on a course from the Academy.

1. Press Sign Up at the top of any page.
2. Fill in your first name, last name and email address.
3. Tick the box to agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
4. Press Create new account.
5. Open the email we send.
6. Follow its link to set your password.
