Yes. Someone else can use your KalaSudha ticket, because tickets carry no name and the QR code admits whoever shows it. To transfer your ticket to someone else, email us with your order number and the new person's email address, and we send the tickets to them. Never resell a ticket above face value.

Pass your ticket on

  1. Find your order number. It is in the subject of your tickets email, and in your orders when you sign in.
  2. Email [email protected], or write through the contact page.
  3. Give the order number, the event and the new person's email address.
  4. Keeping some tickets? Say which ones go to them.

We reply within one working day and send the tickets to the new address. On the day, they show the QR code at the door.

Write before the event

Write before the event, so the new person has their ticket in good time. Find your tickets after booking shows what they receive.

Selling a ticket

If you sell a ticket on, charge no more than its face value.
