I bought my ticket on another website. Is it valid?

Yes. If you bought your ticket on another website that sells tickets for our concerts, it is valid for the same KalaSudha event. That website sends you the ticket, and it handles any change or refund for it. Questions about the concert itself come to us.

Where your ticket comes from

The website you bought on sends your ticket, by its own email or in your account there. Look in that inbox, or sign in on that site. We do not send a KalaSudha tickets email for a ticket bought elsewhere, so your ticket will not be in a KalaSudha account.

Changes and refunds

Ask the website you bought on. It took your payment and holds your order, so it is the one that can change or refund it. Our own rules for changes and refunds cover bookings made on kalasudha.com.

Discount codes
