If you can no longer come to a KalaSudha concert, you can ask for a refund on your tickets up to 30 days before the event, and we decide each request case by case. We do not refund tickets in the 30 days before the event, but you can pass your ticket to someone else.

Ask for a refund

  1. Write to [email protected] more than 30 days before the event.
  2. Give your order number, the event name and why you cannot come.
  3. We reply within one working day with our decision.

A refund is not guaranteed. If we agree it, we refund the ticket price and the booking fee to the card you paid with, within 7 to 14 working days. Workshop tickets follow the same rule.

Pass your ticket to someone else

If a friend can use your ticket, write to us with your order number and their name and email address. We send the tickets to them. See Can someone else use my ticket?

If we cancel or move the event

A different rule applies when the change comes from us: you choose a full refund or a transfer. See What happens if an event is cancelled or postponed.

If this does not work

If you have not heard back within one working day, write again with your order number in the subject line. The refund FAQ gives the same rule, and you can also write through the contact page. See Refunds: when you get one and how long it takes and Contact us.
