If KalaSudha cancels or postpones an event, you choose between a full refund and a transfer to the new date or an equivalent concert. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 7 to 14 working days.

How we tell you

We email you at the address on your booking. If you think you have missed it, check your spam folder.

If we cancel the event

  1. You do not need to claim. We refund the ticket price and the booking fee to the card or account you paid with.
  2. Allow 7 to 14 working days for it to reach you.
  3. If you would rather move to an equivalent concert, write to [email protected] with your order number.

If we postpone the event

  1. Read our email for the new date, and check whether it works for you.
  2. Look at the event page too: it shows the new date as soon as we set it.
  3. Write to [email protected] with your order number and tell us whether you want the transfer or a full refund.

You find every event, with its current date, on the events page.

If this does not work

If your refund has not arrived after 14 working days, check your card statement, then write to us with your order number and the event name. We reply within one working day. If our emails do not reach you, see Not receiving emails from us. You can also write through the contact page. If you cannot come for your own reasons, see I can no longer come. Can I get a refund? and Contact us.
