To see your progress in a KalaSudha course, sign in, open the learning area and choose the course under My Courses. The course page counts the modules, lessons and activities you have completed. It also shows your overall percentage and a status badge for each level.

Open your course

  1. Sign in to your account.
  2. Go to the learning area.
  3. Choose the course under My Courses. Its status reads "Enrolled", or "Completed" once you have finished it.

What the course page shows

At the top, three counts read like "Modules 2/9": modules, lessons and activities, each as completed out of the total.

The Your journey section gives your overall figure, such as "40% complete · 2 of 9 modules completed", and a "Next up" line that names your next module.

The Course levels section lists Foundation, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level shows its number of modules, how many you have completed and a Progress bar.

What each level badge means

  • "Not started" means you have not begun any module in that level.
  • "In progress" means you are working through it.
  • "Pending review" means you have handed in work and it is waiting for your instructor to review it.
  • "Completed" means you have finished every module in it.
  • "Locked" means an earlier level comes first. The level reads "Complete" followed by the earlier level's name, then "to unlock".

A badge can also read "Failed". If you see it, ask your instructor in your next class what to work on.

Carry on from where you stopped

Each module and level has a button that matches where you are: Start, Continue or Review. The button at the top of the course page names the step, for example "Continue Module 1A". A module also has its own My Progress page, with your score for each lesson.

Why a topic stays open

Your instructor closes a topic only after reviewing your work, so a level can show "Pending review" while your work waits. Practice recordings are part of that work, and Send a practice recording for feedback shows how to hand one in. Each module that closes moves you towards the level's award, set out on the certificates page.

If this does not work

Course missing from My Courses? Check your dashboard. A one-to-one request waits there under "Awaiting Instructor Approval" until the instructor accepts it. Enrol in a course explains the steps.

If your progress has not moved after a class, or a badge looks wrong, email [email protected] with the course and module name. We reply within one working day. See Contact us.
