When you enrol in a KalaSudha batch course, we email a 4-digit code to the address you gave. Enter it on the "Verify Your Email" page within 15 minutes and press Verify, or press Complete Registration in the email instead.
Enrolment verification code not received? Check your spam folder, then press Resend Code for a new one.
Verify your email
- On the "Begin Your Enrollment" page, enter your email address and press Continue.
- Open the email with the subject "Your verification code for" followed by the course title.
- Type the 4-digit code into the "Verify Your Email" page and press Verify.
The email also carries a Complete Registration button, a direct link that verifies you in one press. When it works, the page reads "Your email has been verified!" Then you fill in your details and go on to payment, as set out in Enrol in a course.
How the code works
- Each code lasts 15 minutes.
- You have 3 attempts per code.
- Resend Code sends a fresh code, and the page confirms "A new verification code has been sent to your email." Use the newest code.
- Change Email takes you back to fix a mistyped address.
If this does not work
The code has not arrived
Look in your spam or junk folder for the subject line above. Check the address shown under "Verification code sent to", and press Change Email if it is wrong. Then press Resend Code. If none of our emails reach you, read Not receiving emails from us.
It says my code has expired
A code lasts 15 minutes, so a late entry brings "Your verification code has expired. Please request a new one." Press Resend Code and enter the new code.
It says the code is invalid
"Invalid code. N attempts remaining." means the digits you typed do not match the code in the email. Check each one against the newest email. "Please enter a valid 4-digit code." means the field needs exactly four digits.
It says too many failed attempts
After 3 wrong tries you see "Too many failed attempts. Please request a new code." Press Resend Code and start with the new code.
It says my session or link has expired
"Session expired. Please start again.", "This verification link has expired." and "Invalid or expired verification link." all mean the same: open the batch's enrolment link and start again.
It says I am already enrolled
Sign in from the sign-in page and open the course under My Courses in the learning area. If you cannot sign in, read Why can't I sign in?
Still stuck? Email [email protected] with the course name and the email address you enrolled with. We reply within one working day. See Contact us.
