When do I get lesson reminders?

We send a lesson reminder email 24 hours before a confirmed one-to-one lesson and another 20 minutes before it starts. Each reminder carries a Join Video Session button that takes you into the class room.

What a reminder contains

The subject reads "Reminder: Session in 24 Hours" or "Reminder: Session in 20 Minutes", followed by the instructor's name. Inside you find the session, the instructor, the date, and the start and end time with the time zone. A View My Dashboard button opens your account dashboard.

Who gets them, and when

• We send reminders for confirmed lessons only. A request still waiting for the instructor gets none.
• If the instructor accepts less than 24 hours before the start, you get the 20-minute reminder only.
• The reminder goes to the email on the account that made the booking. Your instructor gets a copy too.

The class room opens 5 minutes before the start. You also find the lesson in My Meetings in your account menu. To book your next lesson, start from our courses page or an instructor on our artists page.

If no reminder arrives

Check spam and promotions first (see Not receiving emails from us). You can still join from My Meetings without the email (see Join your video class). If the lesson is missing there, write to [email protected]. See Contact us.
